Your CDCP Coverage Depends on Family Income
CDCP pays a percentage of its own fee guide. The percentage is set by your adjusted family net income on your last tax return:
| Adjusted family net income | CDCP pays | You pay (co-payment) |
|---|---|---|
| Under $70,000 | 100% | No co-payment |
| $70,000 to $79,999 | 60% | 40% |
| $80,000 to $89,999 | 40% | 60% |
| $90,000 or more | Not eligible for CDCP | |
Before we start, you receive an estimate showing the CDCP portion, any co-payment and whether the clinic fee differs from the CDCP fee guide. You will never be surprised by the bill at delivery.
Which Dentures Does CDCP Cover?
Complete Dentures
One complete denture per arch (upper or lower) every 8 years. No preauthorization needed, so we can usually begin at your first visit.
Partial Dentures
Acrylic partials every 5 years and cast metal partials every 8 years. Preauthorization required. We prepare and send the request for you.
Immediate Dentures
Placed on the day your remaining teeth are removed, every 8 years. Preauthorization required.
Repairs and Relines
Repairs once every 12 months and relines once every 24 months, to keep an existing denture working.
Not covered: implant-supported dentures are not part of the CDCP denture benefits. If you are interested in implants, we can explain the private-pay options during your consultation.
